at our guest house in Lech am Arlberg
We offer accommodation at the highest standard in our all-round modern and fully equipped guest rooms in the three-star bed and breakfast in Lech am Arlberg – at a fair and affordable price.
All prices are stated per person and day – including breakfast from the breakfast buffet. A local tax of € 3.20 per person and day will be charged on top. This page provides an overview of the prices for our single and double rooms in the winter and summer seasons respectively, along with some additional information on specific discounts and price conditions.

- An additional € 4 will be charged per person and night for short stays of 2 nights or less
- The local tax is € 3.80 per person and day from the age of 14 upwards
Direct booking via our website or our email address pension@iris-lech.at is always cheaper for our guests than using any booking portals.

All prices are stated per person and day, including the breakfast buffet – plus the usual € 3.20 local tax per person and day.
Discounts
We offer a number of discounts for families with children. Infants younger than three can, of course, be brought along free of charge!
Children in the parents’ room:
- Children up to 3 years: free
- Children 4 – 7 years: minus 50%
- Children 8 – 11 years: minus 40%
- Children 12 – 16 years: minus 30%
- One additional person in an extra bed in a double room: minus 20%
Arrival and departure
Arrival: Your room will be ready for you to move in from 2:00 p.m. onwards – earlier arrivals may drop off their luggage, which will be taken to the room by us.
Departure: Rooms must be vacated by 10:00 a.m.
Parking lot
There are plenty of parking spaces available in front of our bed and breakfast.

We accept: Cash – Visa – Mastercard – Eurocard
Dogs
We do not wish to exclude your four-legged friend and will permit dogs upon prior coordination. We charge € 22.00 per day for your pet.
INTERESTING INFORMATION – CANCELLATION TERMS:
We know from experience that, no matter how much you are looking forward to the holiday you booked, there’s always the risk of something getting in the way at short notice. We recommend taking out CANCELLATION INSURANCE to avoid costs and hassle.
We recommend the Hotel Storno Plus insurance from insurance company Europäische Reiseversicherung
NEW: Europäische Reiseversicherung is now offering cancellation cover for Covid 19.
Of course, no cancellation costs will arise if our services are rendered unavailable by another Covid 19 pandemic and subsequent official closure. Any advance payments already made will be refunded in that case. Apart from this, we will comply with the cancellation conditions of the Austrian hotel regulations as usual.
The following cancellation fees will be charged in accordance with the Austrian hotel regulations if you have to cancel your stay:
- up to 3 months before arrival at the latest: no cancellation fee
- up to 1 month before arrival: 40% of the booked amount
- up to one week before arrival: 70% of the booked amount
- from 7 days before arrival 90% of the booked amount
- at late arrival or early departure 100% of the booked amount
